What do we mean by Concierge Services?
These are services that you don't automatically think of when you think of your funeral director, but that we are willing and able to handle for you:
- Arranging to have lawn mowed
- Picking up dry cleaning or mail
- Making arrangements for pet care
- More extensive event planning
Catered Receptions
Post-funeral receptions offer guests and family members a chance to spend time together and remember the person who died in a more casual setting. For many people, these events are a more comfortable environment for remembering the person who died and spending time with friends. All of our McAlister-Smith Funeral & Cremation locations offer catering services, featuring Hamby Catering & Events, to allow you to share a meal with your guests as they share stories and memories.
Off-Site Events
From scatterings at sea to a dinner cruise memorial service we can arrange a memorable event to honor your loved one in a unique and special way. Please allow us the opportunity to discuss those options with you.
