William Murphy Martin, Jr.

William Murphy Martin, Jr. 81, of Moncks Corner, South Carolina, passed away on January 17, 2019. He was born on August 1, 1937 in Andrews, South Carolina, son of Mary Elliott and William Martin. He was retired from ARA services and loved fishing, hunting, and working on lawnmowers.
William was preceded in death by his wife, Iris Martin.
He is survived by his sons, William Martin III and Brian Martin (Cheryl); brothers, Mark Martin Sr. and Ronnie Martin; and grandchildren, Christopher Martin, Brooke Martin, Brittany Martin, Ashley Martin, and Wade Martin.
The family will receive friends on January 19, 2019 from 10:00AM to 11:00AM at Chaparral Freewill Baptist of the Pentecostal Faith, 365 Domingo Drive, Moncks Corner, SC 29461. A Celebration of life will immediately follow at 11:00 AM in the same location. Interment will take place at Plantation Memorial Gardens, 2839 S Live Oak Drive, Moncks Corner, SC 29461.
