William J. McNelis

William J McNelis, 74, of McClellanville, SC died on Wednesday, February 25, 2015. He was born on Tuesday, March 12, 1940 in Altoona, PA to the late Mrs. Marian Howard and the late Mr. John M McNelis. Bill enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his children and grand children. His family remembers him as a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Trudy McNelis, of McClellanville, SC; one son, William J McNelis (Greta), of Brisbane, Australia; two daughters, Caroline Spahr (Jeff), of Mc Clellanville, SC and Ann-Marie McNelis Smiley, of Mc Clellanville, SC; two grandchildren, Otto Spahr and Hunter Rose Smiley; and many loving friends. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in his honor to Hospice of Charleston, 676Wando Park Blvd., Mt. Pleasant, SC 29464.
