William John "Bill" Horan, Sr.

William Horan Sr., a resident of Conway, South Carolina passed away on Saturday, January 18, 2025, surrounded by his loved ones. He was born in Staten Island, New York and a long time resident of Colonia, New Jersey, where he lived for most of his life.

William will be remembered as a hardworking and devoted family man. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and friend, always putting his family first no matter the circumstances. His kindness, loyalty, and selflessness left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him.

William was a loving husband to Claire (Mallas), his wife of over 50 years, and a proud father of three sons. 

He is predeceased by his wife, Claire and son Billy Horan. He is survived by his two sons, Jeffrey Horan (and his wife, Jana) and Daniel Horan (and his wife, Chrissy). William was also a proud grandfather to seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, and many extended family members, who will forever honor his memory.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, a cause close to William's heart.
