William Phillip Besco, Jr.

William Phillip Besco Jr (Billy) was born on May 7, 1978 suddenly passed away on December 3, 2024. Billy was born in Connecticut to Donna and Bill Besco.

Billy served in Afghanistan, Iraq, and State side for 13 years and retired to South Carolina. He was a huge fan of the Dallas Cowboys and enjoyed golf, yard work, and being around his family and friends. He loved his hey dude shoes and Oakley sunglasses and made sure he was always put together. In his free time, Billy enjoyed spending time with his emotional support dog Ice Cube. Billy owned his own business doing HVAC and helped people get from place to place by being an Uber driver at the time of his passing.

Billy is survived by his mother Donna and father Bill (Trish), sister Carol Besco, nieces Rachel and Emma, mother of his children Christine, children Cheyenne, William (Katelyn), Andrew (Mary), and Sean, grandchildren Zachariah, Lillyanne, Maryjanne, and Silas. He is also survived by his girlfriend of 3 years Candi Cooper and her children Cooper (Savannah H) and Savannah Cotton. Billy touched the hearts of so many around him and will be missed dearly by family, friends, and his customers.

The service will be held at 2 PM on Friday December 13th, 2024 at Goose Creek United Methodist Church, 142 Red Bank Rd., Goose Creek, SC 29445. The burial will be held at 2 PM Monday December 16th, 2024 at Beaufort National Cemetery, 1601 Boundary St., Beaufort, SC 29002.
