Virginia Mae Dalton

Virginia Mae Dalton, 75, of Summerville SC, died Thursday, January 19, 2017. Born in Knoxville, TN to the late Oliver and Evelyn Huddleston. Lovingly known as “Ginger” she worked in Civil Service as a Switch Board Operator and also did some clerical work. She enjoyed painting, sewing, and especially travelling the country with her husband, A.G., in the R/V. Survivors include her husband, A.G. Dalton; daughters, Christy Flowers and her husband Bryan of Goose Creek and Marcy Mayden and her husband Rob of Evansville, IN; grandchildren, Rebecca Bryar and her husband Mike and Jeremy Kanapaux and his wife Tessa; great grandchild, Sophia Bryar; and her brother Tommy Huddleston of Sevierville, TN. A memorial visitation will be held, Saturday, January 21, 2017 from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm at McAlister-Smith Funeral Home, Goose Creek Chapel.
