Samuel Ford Trotter

Samuel Ford Trotter, 36, of North Charleston, SC passed away on January 1, 2025. 

A memorial service for Ford will be held at 3:00 pm, on Monday, January 6, 2025, at McAlister-Smith Funeral Home- Mount Pleasant Chapel, 1520 Rifle Range Road, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464. 

Ford was born in Mt. Pleasant, SC, the son of Samuel and Martha Trotter on March 10, 1988. He went to school at Wando High School. Ford married Morgan Drake on October 6, 2017, in Charleston, SC. Ford worked as an electrician for Charleston Water System for 4 years.

He was an avid Tennessee Volunteers fan, loved to cook, play video games, and hang out with all his friends. 

Ford is survived by his wife, Morgan Trotter; children, Charlie Trotter and Samantha Trotter; brother, Will Blackstock; sister, Beth Blackstock; brother, Christian Trotter; parents, Samuel and Martha Trotter; and numerous cousins and friends.
