Salvatore P Musso

Salvatore “Sal” Musso, Jr., 47, of Ladson went to be with his Heavenly father April 2, 2016. Born in Kingston, NY, he was the son of Margaret Propps and the late Richard B. Propps. Sal graduated from Goose Creek High School in 1986 and joined the United States Navy. He served his country for twenty years, serving on the USS America, Norfolk, VA, USS Kearsarge, Kuwait. Sal also served in Iraq, Kuwait and Afghanistan during Desert Storm. After retiring from the Navy, he went to work at Bell Helicopter in Fort Worth, TX and at Ace Hardware in Ladson. He is survived by his mother, Dottie Propps (Barry French); children, Ashleigh Marie Musso (Ethan), Justin Ty Musso (Kate) and Marissa Michelle Musso (Jacob); sisters, Deborah Musso (Scott) and Christine De Borba (Danilo); Nieces, Shayla N. Hayes, Jasmine A. Hayes, Kassidy J. Baldwin. Sal is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 5, 2016 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. in MCALISTER-SMITH FUNERAL HOME, GOOSE CREEK CHAPEL.
