Robert Lewis Scherrer

Robert Lewis Scherrer, 65, of Goose Creek, passed away Tuesday, April 5, 2016. Born in Chicago, IL to the late Arthur and Joyce Scherrer. Robert is a United States Navy Veteran. He worked as an Assembly Associate at Robert Bosch for 20 years. He loved cruising and went to some of the most beautiful islands, to include Bahamas and the Virgin Islands. He also enjoyed watching drag racing. Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Drue Scherrer; children, Angela Ashalintubbi of Summerville and Stephanie Barham of Goose Creek; sister, JoAnn Hall of Silver Creek, MI; grandchildren, Emily Ashalintubbi, Keagan Ashalintubbi, Taylor Crownover, Kyle Barham, and Isabella Barham. A memorial service will be held Friday, April 8, 2016 at 6:00 pm, at Freedom Life Church, 338 Amy Drive Goose Creek, South Carolina.
