Richard Alan " Rick " Asaro

Richard A. Asaro, 51, of Summerville SC entered into eternal rest on Friday, July 23, 2021 after a courageous battle with cancer.  Richard was born in Hampton Virginia to Albert and Erma Asaro on July 26, 1969.

He was employed by Boeing Charleston. In addition to his mother, Richard is survived by two sons; Corey (Stacey) Asaro of Summerville SC; Logan (Karima) Asaro of Ladson SC; three grandchildren; Cylee, Roman, and Avery Asaro of Summerville SC, and his sister Cristine Jones of Goose Creek SC.  He was predeceased by his father. 

Richard loved fishing and was also an avid football and baseball fan, specifically the Dallas Cowboys and the Atlanta Braves.

His greatest treasure in life was his family and his love for them was unconditional. Richard will be remembered for his legacy of kindness and always lending a helping hand to anyone who needed it. There will be a gathering, Friday, July 30, 2021 from 10am to 11am at the McAlister-Smith Funeral Chapel in Goose Creek.  A Memorial Service will immediately follow at 11am in the chapel.
