Patricia Ann Longo

Patricia (Bautz) Longo, “Trish”, of Mt. Pleasant, SC, formerly of Valley Stream, NY; earned her wings on October 2nd, 2018, surrounded by her loving family, after a brave battle with cancer.
Trish was born in Brooklyn, NY on October 8th, 1963 to Charles and Annamae (Murphy) Bautz. Trish was the youngest of 6 children. On March 5th, 1999 Trish married Dennis Longo in Valley Stream, NY.
Trish was an employee of FedEx for 30 years. In her free time she enjoyed spending time with family, friends and her dog Max. Trish’s sense of humor brightened our lives every day. She was a special person who will be missed tremendously. To know Trish was to love Trish.
Trish is survived by her husband Dennis Longo, daughter Lisa Longo, brother-in-law Tony Longo and her five siblings: Edward Bautz (wife Toni) of Carrolton, TX; Robert Bautz (wife Julie) of Brooklyn, NY; Kevin Bautz (wife Susan) of Spring Hill, FL; Marianne Mastrapasqua (husband Thomas) of Marlboro, NJ; Kathleen Russo (husband John) of Valley Stream, NY; Nephews: Shawn (wife Jessica); Timothy (wife Natalie) & Nicholas; Nieces: Kristin (husband Rustin); Brooke; Lauren & Angela (husband Kevin); Great-nieces: Megan & Amelia.
Trish is preceded in death by her loving parents.
Family and friends will be receiving guests Sunday, October 7, 2018 from 7PM-9PM, with a eulogy at 8:30PM at McAlister-Smith Funeral Home, 1520 Rifle Range Road, Mt. Pleasant, SC 29464.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, October 8, 2018 at 11AM at St. Benedict Catholic Church, 950 Darrell Creek Trail, Mt. Pleasant, SC 29466.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Trish’s honor to her favorite charity, St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
