Parker Joseph Brownlee, Jr., 69, of Johns Island, South Carolina passed away on Friday March 3, 2017.
He was born on October 27, 1947 in Charleston, South Carolina to the late Dessie Clardy Brownlee and Parker Joseph Brownlee, Sr.
Joe is a graduate of the Charles Webb Center and he worked for the Hope Center. He enjoyed feeding the ducks at the North Charleston Park Circle Pond and watching and attending Atlanta Braves and Stingrays games. His family will remember him as loving, kind and free spirited.
Joe is survived by his wife, Inell Nathan Brownlee of Charleston; sister, Jeanette Napier and her husband, Robert, of Johns Island; brother, Charles Brownlee of Yellowstone National Park, WY; niece and nephew, Gretchen and Robert; Cousin, Anita Looney and her family of Carnesville, GA.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, March 8, 2017, at McAlister-Smith Funeral Home, West Ashley Chapel.
The family will receive friends prior to service from 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM in the funeral home.
