Minerva Maria Brusso

Minerva Maria Brusso, 80, of Goose Creek, died January 4, 2014. Born in Puerto Rico, she moved to New York when she was eighteen. She loved to dance, garden and cook for her friends and family. Mrs. Brusso also had a deep love for animals. She is survived by her three daughters, Rose Ramos and husband Esteban of Goose Creek, Stacey Brusso of Goose Creek and Brenda Shanks of New York; son, Albin Brusso of Goose Creek. Minerva is also survived by twenty three grandchildren and twenty one great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents and two sons, Adalberto Savedra and Raul Rodriguez. A memorial service will be held Thursday, January 8, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. in MCALISTER-SMITH FUNERAL HOME, GOOSE CREEK CHAPEL.
