Michael Dante DeCristofaro

Michael Dante DeCristofaro, 60, of Mt. Pleasant, SC entered into eternal rest, Wednesday, January 3, 2018. Born on May 1, 1957 in Providence, Rhode Island.
Michael was a loving, creative, compassionate man with a great sense of humor. An entrepreneur and hair dresser by trade with talents that far outreached his profession. He was a landscaper, a woodworker and a gardener. He loved music, the ocean and his family most of all. He was a wonderful husband, father, son and brother. Michael touched the lives of so many people including, friends, neighbors, family members, employees and clients.
Michael is survived by his parents Dante and Marilyn (Seidel) DeCristofaro, wife Linda (Storin) DeCristofaro of Mt. Pleasant, his son Jese D. DeCristofaro and his step children Jason Hanson of Mt. Pleasant and Melissa Hanson of Connecticut. He also leaves behind a brother Steven DeCristofaro.
The family will receive friends at McALISTER-SMITH FUNERAL HOME, JAMES ISLAND CHAPEL, 347 Folly Road, Charleston, SC 29412 at 10:00 AM on Monday, January 8, 2018. A Mass of Catholic Burial will be held, at 11:00 AM at the funeral home. A burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, James Island, SC.
