Michael Arthur Stratton

Michael Arthur Stratton entered into eternal peace on Tuesday, November 9, 2021 in Brunswick, GA. He laid into rest comfortably with his family holding his hand and embracing his soul.
Michael was born in Jefferson City, MO on February 18,1946 and resided in Mt Pleasant, SC with his wife of 32 years, Joni Stratton.
He is also survived by his three children: Brook Stratton Ward (Dal Ward), Robert Stratton, Phillip Stratton (Cheyenne June Stratton) and his two granddaughters, Elaina Stratton and Millie Kay Stratton.
He was a retired educator and lifelong learner. As a man of few words, he was the smartest person we all knew.
He also loved all of his extended family as well as his Pub family very much.
The memorial service will be on Saturday, November 20, 2021 at 1:00pm. Family and friends are welcome to visit from 11am-1pm at McAlister-Smith Funeral Home, 1520 Rifle Range Rd., Mt Pleasant, SC 29464
