Mary Delores Hickman

Mary Delores Hickman, 70, of Goose Creek, passed away peacefully with her family by her side, May 30, 2017.

Born in Charleston, she was the daughter of the late Eugene and Lorraine Armstrong and wife to the late Earl Hickman. Mary loved keeping up with the news on T.V. and her tablet. She was known to keep her family and friends up to date on current events and politics.

She is survived by her children, Victoria Burnsed of Goose Creek and William Burnsed and wife Wendy of Goose Creek; grandchildren, Emily Burnsed and Sara Voyles; great grandchild, Mariah Barfield; siblings, Elaine Schermer, Patricia King, Gene Armstrong, Glen Armstrong, John Armstrong and Michael Armstrong.

Funeral service will be held Saturday, June 3, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in MCALISTER-SMITH FUNERAL HOME, GOOSE CREEK CHAPEL. Burial will follow in Plantation Memorial Gardens, Moncks Corner.

The family will receive friends prior to service from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
