Martin Robert Bradshaw, 53, of Ladson, South Carolina died, Friday, July 6, 2018.
He was born on January 6, 1965 in Cortland, New York to Virginia Shiels Bradshaw and the late William Bradshaw.
There are no words that can be written to accurately express the void in our lives by losing the center of our world. Marty lived with true passion for those he loved, life, and all the things he did.
Marty had a passion for auto racing that came second only to his family. He worked and supported the family racing team in several divisions. His love and devotion to the sport led to opportunities to fulfill his dream of working and traveling with several racing teams in multiple divisions.
He is survived by his adoring wife Jennifer Mantey Bradshaw; his children Amber Burroughs, Emily Burroughs (Joseph DeWitt), Megan Bradshaw, and William Bradshaw; grandchildren Daniel DeWitt, Madison Burroughs, Alaura DeWitt, and Kinsley Williams; his mother Virginia Bradshaw of Groton NY, brother William (Juli) Bradshaw of Groton NY, sister Theresa Bradshaw Compton of Rome GA, sister in law Laurie (Ronald) Bradshaw of Groton NY; many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his brother Ronald Bradshaw.
The family will receive friends on July 14, 2018 from 11:00AM - 12:00PM at McAlister-Smith Crematory - Goose Creek Chapel, 869 St. James Avenue, Goose Creek, SC, 29445. With a memorial service immediately following.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the Groton NY area at a date to be determined in the coming days. Expressions of sympathy may be viewed or submitted to www.mcalister-smith.com.
