Martha Ann Harbin (Cagle)

On September 8, 2014, the gates of Heaven opened and Martha Ann Cagle Harbin walked through the gates to meet her Savior. Born in Lawrence County, AL, she was the daughter of the late Charlie and Helen Garret Cagle and wife to Paul Harbin. She was a loving mother, who devoted her life to raising her children and also nine foster children. Martha enjoyed playing golf, traveling, sewing and gardening. Mrs. Harbin was a member of Calvary Church of Nazarene. She is survived by her husband Paul Harbin; two sons, Guy Harbin and wife Elisabeth and Del Harbin and wife Stephanie; daughter, Paula Ann Duvall and husband Chris; brother, Charlie Houston Cagle and wife Christine; sister, Doris Henry; grandchildren, Adam Harbin, Brandon Harbin, Kyle Harbin, Logan Duvall, Shea Duvall, and Hannah Harbin. Martha is predeceased by her parents and her sister, Deborah C. Reed. Funeral service will be held Thursday, September 11, 2014 at 4:00 p.m.in MCALISTER-SMITH FUNERAL HOME, GOOSE CREEK CHAPEL. Entombment will follow in Plantation Memorial Gardens, Moncks Corner. The family will receive friends prior to service from 3:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
