Born on May 3, 1969 in Charleston, SC, Mark was a son of the late Ransom Mayberry King, Jr and Patsy Bennett.
Mark was a successful business owner, and enjoyed drag racing - it was his passion. Mark was a great man everyone looked up to, both in the r/c drag racing world and the real drag racing world. He was an amazing father and husband, and loved his fur babies
Besides his wife, Mark is survived by his oldest son Mark L King Jr. and son Marty Aaron King.
