Margaret M. Sanders

Margaret M. Sanders of Moncks Corner, SC, passed away unexpectedly and entered her Heavenly home on Thursday, March 6, 2025. She was surrounded by her family during the most peaceful passing.

She was the daughter of Johnny Mason McDaniel and Maude Hayes McDaniel.

Margaret is survived by her daughter, Barbara S. Pratt of Pinopolis; son, John Sanders of Moncks Corner; son-in-law, Sammy Pratt and daughter-in-law, Wendy Sanders.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a brother, Cecil McDaniel; a sister, Louise Stroud; and brothers, Robert McDaniel and Grady McDaniel. Also, Margaret was predeceased by her son, Sandy Sanders. Her sister, Edith Hodge, died on March 7, 2025.

She was a charter member of Tall Pines Baptist Church and a devoted and active member of St. John's Bethel Baptist Church.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, March 15, 2025, at St. John's Church Cemetery in Pinopolis. Immediately following the service there will be a private burial attended by the family.

Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
