Margaret Rentiers Trubia

Margaret Rentiers Trubia, 94, of Mt. Pleasant, SC entered into eternal rest with her family by her side on Thursday, October 27, 2016. She was born on Sunday, April 16, 1922 in Augusta, GA. Margaret was a graduate of Bishop England High School, and St. Francis Xavier School of Nursing (Class of 1943). She was a longtime member of Stella Maris Roman Catholic Church, Patriots Point Golf Club, Heritage Ridge Golf Club, East Cooper New Comers Club, East Cooper Women’s Club, and St. Francis Alumni Association. She enjoyed golfing, playing bridge, and spending time with friends and family. Margaret will be remembered by her family as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. She is survived by her loving son, William A. Rentiers, Jr. (Audrey), of Mt. Pleasant, SC; five grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; and many loving friends. She was predeceased by her parents, and her husband of 19 years, Charles F. Trubia; and one daughter, Trudy Jordan. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Stella Maris Roman Catholic Church on Monday, October 31, 2016 at 10:00 AM. A reception will follow.
