Madelyn Ellaree Berry

Madelyn Ellaree Berry, daughter of Douglas and Meredith (Knox) Berry of Charleston, South Carolina, was born peacefully into the arms of Jesus on Thursday, November 1, 2018, at Summerville Medical Center in Summerville, South Carolina.

Our precious baby girl is survived by her parents; paternal grandparents Gregg and Sherry Berry of Middlebury, Indiana; maternal grandparents Donald and Linda Knox of North Charleston, South Carolina; her aunts and uncles, Jeffrey and Jennifer Berry of Sturgis, Michigan; Bradley and Jennifer Berry of Knoxville, Tennessee; Stephanie Berry of New York, New York; and Christopher and Michelle Knox of Summerville, South Carolina; as well as her cousins, additional family members and many others.

Our daughter was absolutely beautiful and perfect, and we will forever cherish the time we were able to spend with her. We believe our baby girl will do great things, as we will spend our lives loving, honoring and remembering her.

Jeremiah 1:5a (HCSB) states that: “I chose you before I formed you in the womb; I set you apart before you were born.” We thank God for giving Madelyn to us, on loan, for 9 months here on Earth, and forever in Eternity. Although we must say goodbye for now, we know that a glorious hello will come later, in Heaven.
