Luther 'Woody' Cribb III W

Luther W. “Woody” Cribb, III, 51, of Ladson, passed away August 9, 2015. Born in Charleston, he is the son of Marsha Ingram Cribb and the late Luther “Mr. Woody” Cribb, Jr. Woody was a 1982 graduate of Goose Creek High School and worked as a Heavy Equipment Operator with Colony Construction. He loved drag racing and working on cars with his dad and brothers and spending quality time with his only sister. He is survived by his mother, Marsha Cribb of Ladson; sister, Carol M. Gordon (Larry) of Summerville; brothers, Fred Cribb of Ladson and Richard Cribb (Melissa) of Goose Creek. Woody is also survived by 14 nieces and nephews and many extended family members and close friends. Funeral Service will be held Saturday, August 15, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in Midway Baptist Church, Goose Creek. Burial will follow in Carolina Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Friday, August 14, 2015 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. in MCALISTER-SMITH FUNERAL HOME, GOOSE CREEK CHAPEL.
