Linda Murray Finger

Linda Murray Finger, 72, of Goose Creek , SC, passed away Thursday, August 24, 2017.
Born July 13, 1945 in Charleston to the late Cryder and Leatrice Murray.
Linda graduated with a Business degree from the Concorde College. Her civil service career included 25 years as a secretary at the Charleston Naval Shipyard and Department of Energy at the Savannah River Site. She has a lifelong enjoyment of sewing and quilting. Most recently she worked with her husband in their pet sitting business, Home Sweet Home Pet sitting of Goose Creek. Linda had a passion for rescuing pets and volunteer with Boston Terrier Rescue for many years. She was also a member of The Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd, of Summerville.
She is survived by her husband Cordes Finger of Goose Creek; daughter Christine Armstrong and her husband Roy of Bonneau, SC; son, Anthony Finger of Raleigh, NC; five grandchildren, three great grandsons, and sisters, Joyce Hall and her husband Frank of Walterboro, SC and Janette Cline and her husband Scott of Titusville, FL.
A Memorial Service in Linda’s honor will be held Monday, August 28, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at The Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd, 119 B West Luke Avenue Summerville, SC 29483.
