He graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1998 and practiced law for more than 20 years.

Kenny was an active member of Grace Church Cathedral in downtown Charleston; he ate in the Tea Room every day it was open, attended every Kanuga parish weekend and was an acolyte and a diocesan convention volunteer. He was a voracious reader, enjoyed playing tennis, loved Gamecock football, jigsaw puzzles, crossword puzzles, and traveling.

He is survived by his mother, Sharon Crayne Inman; daughter, Emma Helen Trammell Inman; brother, Jon David Inman (Vandy Putnam Inman); partner, Lee Benfield; a favorite aunt; loving cousins and a host of dear friends. He is predeceased by his father, Kenneth Stanley Inman.
