Kenneth Randal Drew

Kenneth Randal Drew, 58, of Ridgeville, SC went to be with our Lord on September 19, 2024.

Kenny was born on November 8, 1965 in North Charleston, SC. He was the son of the late Thomas Wade Drew and the late Barbara Wise Drew.

Kenny was a good hearted man that was deeply devoted to his family and loved the simple things in life. He was a graduate of Goose Creek High School, where he was known for his talent and competitiveness in baseball. He was also an avid Gamecock fan.

Kenny had a tremendous love for the outdoors. He was an avid fisherman who loved to be on the water making memories with his friends and family. He was the "Hunt Master" of Ritter Hunting Club where he had been a member since he was a small boy. He was their leader and ambassador to all the members and their children and would always put them before himself. He will be forever known as their "Swamp Buck".

Kenny was a loving husband and father that always put his family first. He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Pattie Drew; his 3 amazing sons that they have together, Randal Drew (Sarah), Ryan Drew, and Riley Drew; his brother, Harold "Butch" Drew (Jamie); his sister, Sandra "Happy" Everett (Laurin); his one grandson, Walker, the apple of his eye; his niece, Sheridan Drew; his nephews, Mack Everett and Drew Everett; his aunt, Barbara Drew; and several cousins.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, September 22, 2024, from 1:00PM - 3:00PM with the memorial service to immediately follow starting at 3:00PM at McAlister-Smith Funeral & Cremation, 869 St. James Ave., Goose Creek, SC 29445. 

A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
