Juanita Galinato Millare, 98, of Goose Creek, passed away November 6, 2014. Born in Bangued, Abra, Philippines, she was the daughter of the late Domingo and Fortunata Baldos Galinato and wife to the late Meliton Millare. She is a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Juanita loved to garden, go shopping, play Mancala and bingo. Mrs. Millare enjoyed cooking and her family loved eating her food. The family remembers her as being a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was full of life and loved and will be deeply missed by all who knew her. She is survived by seven children, Lourdes Ambas, Victoria Sanchez, Corazon Sion and husband Ramon, Gloria Barretto, Benny Millare and wife Luisita, Carlito Millare and wife Cayetana, all of Goose Creek and Manuel Millare and wife Nida of Summerville; grandchildren, Arlene, Michelle, Derrick, Rezilly, Bennie, Shann, Michael, Peewee, Jimzy, Maicca, Sherwin, Mary Ann, Mitzi, Howard, Angela, Christopher and Brian; great grandchildren, Mark, Zachary, Evan, Elise, Alexandra, Vanessa, Ayrton, Mikayla, Christian, Chloe, Baby Buzz, Minaya. Juanita is predeceased by her parents, husband and son, Jaime Millare. Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, November 10, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. in Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 510 St. James Avenue. Burial will follow in Plantation Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Sunday, November 9, 2014 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. in MCALISTER-SMITH FUNERAL HOME, GOOSE CREEK CHAPEL, 869 St. James Avenue.
