John W. Fabian

Fabian, Johnny Williard, 65, of Goose Creek, passed away March 4, 2015, after a brief illness. He was born in North Charleston, to Marion Fabian and Bertha Dantzler Fabian. He was retired from Westvaco as a Maintenance Planner Supervisor. John was a graduate of Walterboro High and Charleston Southern University. He was a local entertainer with a love for music and supported many charities. He is survived by his wife Anna Greene Fabian of Goose Creek; son, Kevin (Vicki) Fabian of Summerville; step-daughter, Susan Corley (Rodney) Croft of Barnwell; grandsons, Daniel, E. Fabian of Summerville, Brian and Beau Croft of Barnwell; sisters, Faith (Jackie) Harris of Ladson and Eleanor Mason of Varnville; and his special friends Michael and Becky Brooks and Rebecca Spangler all of Summerville. A celebration of life service will be held, Saturday, March 7, 2015, at 2:00 pm in McAlister-Smith Funeral Home, 869 St. James Avenue, Goose Creek, SC 29445. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
