John grew up in Sandy Springs, Georgia, and worked in real estate in the Atlanta area where he met his wife of 25 years, Lauri. They moved to Mount Pleasant where he started his business and welcomed their two daughters.
He loved boating, gardening, and his family. John enjoyed attending First Baptist Church of Mount Pleasant, where he was a member. He never met a stranger and loved to make people smile and laugh. John was so loved by both family and friends and will be deeply missed.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
The sadness of our loss is replaced by the joy of knowing he is fully remade and with his Creator in Heaven.
