Jesse Dylan Medeiros

Jesse Dylan Medeiros, 28, of Charleston, SC passed away Friday, September 1, 2023.

Born November 1, 1994 in Renton, Washington, he was the son of Trey E Medeiros and Kelly Constant (Sonnabend).

Jesse was very kind, loving and soft hearted. A friend to anyone.  He went out of his way to make people feel comfortable.  He enjoyed camping, hiking, and bike riding.  Jesse had a secret love for nature and found art in the natural beauty.  He enjoyed drawing and creating.  He loved his dog Rose.  He valued his friends and family more than anything.  He liked to tinker on his bicycle, and build things from scratch.

Jesse is preceded in death by his Nana, Janet Martineau and Papa, Ronald Martineau.

Jesse is survived by his parents, Trey Medeiros (Denise) and Kelly Constant (Mike), brothers, Anthony Medeiros of Charleston, SC, Ryan Medeiros of Reno, NV,  sister Brianna Medeiros of Summerville, SC, and his daughter, Emma Medeiros. His grandparents, Irvin Sonnabend (Bobbie) and Linda Sonnabend of Port Angeles Wa, and Charles E King, Jr. (Nancy) of Fremont, CA.

His aunt “Tia", Alicia Hanna (Joe),his uncle Jon Sonnabend, his aunt Erika Sjoquist,  his uncle Richard Martineau (Shaun), his uncle Paul King, and aunt Donna Beggs

There will be an informal gathering to remember Jesse at McAlister-Smith Funeral Chapel - Goose Creek, SC on Friday, September 8th, 2023 from 6pm to 8pm.  Anyone who considered him a friend is encouraged to come share stories.
