Isabel Grau Hamrick

Isabel Grau Hamrick, 80, of Goose Creek, SC, went home to be with Jesus, Saturday, February 25, 2017.
Born in Sueca, Spain to the late Fernando Grau Oviedo and Asunción Carbonell Benet.
She is survived by her husband Joseph Hamrick; daughters, Diana Lynn Spatz and Sonya Spatz Craig; step-son, Steve Hamrick; the grandson that she raised, Corey Allen Craig; brothers, Fernando Grau Carbonell and Francisco (Paco) Grau Carbonell; sister, Asunción (Sony) Grau Carbonell; grandchildren, Eden Isabel Spatz-Bender, Jessica Anna Washington, Emily Taylor Craig, and Lanier Hamrick; great grand-son, John Elijah Myers, III; sisters and brothers in law, Etta Hamrick, Sandra and Charles McNeilly, Frankie and Steve Modlin.
She is predeceased by her baby sister Raquel Grau Carbonell and her baby brother Paquito Grau Carbonell, and her beloved Shar-pei, Lucky.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 2, 2017 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM at McAlister-Smith Funeral Home, Goose Creek Chapel.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, March 3, 2017 at 10:00 AM, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 510 St. James Avenue, Goose Creek, SC. The burial will be held, Saturday, March 4, 2017, at 1:00 pm, at Cleveland Memorial Gardens in Shelby, North Carolina.
