Guiloy Rodriguez

Guiloy H Rodriguez, age 47, of Goose Creek was granted his angel wings on July 21, 2022.  He was born in Brooklyn, New York, and made is home and final resting place in South Carolina.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Lydia Rodriguez, his mother and Luis Angel his father.

Guiloy's life would seem too short to many, but those who were touched by him understood that the quality of existence far exceeds the quantity of time in which one lives.  His kind soul touches us all and we are better for it.

Guiloy is survived by his sisters, Lydia "Lala" Carter, Lydia "Lilina" Rodriguez Connelly, Lydia "Magna" Rodriguez, and Lydia "Bebe" Diaz, his brother, Felix Juan Robledo and brother-in-law Onassis Diaz.  Guiloy has a myriad of nieces and nephews, Letriz, Ian Carter, Alexa Carter, Christian Diaz and Jasmine Diaz.

A visitation will be held on Monday, August 8, 2022 from 4pm to 6pm at McAlister-Smith Funeral and Cremation, 869 St James Ave, Goose Creek, SC.  A celebration of life will be held immediately following the visitation from 6pm to 8pm at McAlister-Smith.  Cremation will follow at McAlister-Smith Crematory, Goose Creek, South Carolina.
