Glenn Todd Koegler, 42, of Ladson, South Carolina, passed away Sunday, February 18, 2018. He was born on April 4, 1975 at Holloman Air Force Base in Alamogordo, New Mexico to Bruce and Louise Koegler.

Following that internship, he remained on Capitol Hill as a staff member for a lobbying firm. He then moved on to positions in non-profits, including the Diabetes Association and United Way. While still in northern Virginia, Todd entered the industry he most enjoyed and remained in for 20 years, holding management positions with King Street Blues and Hard Times restaurants and WAWA.
