Georgia Louise Odom

Georgia Louise Odom, 98, of Charleston, SC, entered into eternal rest on March 14, 2022, surrounded by her family.

Born on May 15, 1923 in Dade City, FL, Georgia was a daughter of the late Robert Allen Jones and Pauline Hendrix Jones.

Georgia, retired from SCN Bank through Wells Fargo Bank after 27 years, was one of the members of St. Mark United Methodist Church, where she served as a lay minister, taught Sunday School, served as the Chairman of the Administration Board, was a member of the Susannah Westley Circle also a member of the pray group. In addition she served as the Director of the “Last Supper” plays for several years .

Georgia is survived by two sons Brooks and Phillip and one daughter, Sylvia Odom, all of whom live locally. She also has two Grandchildren, Jason and Ashley.

There will be a Memorial Service for Georgia at St. Mark United Methodist Church on Sunday, March 27 at 2:00 PM.
