Eva Louise Drakeford

Eva Louise Drakeford of Moncks Corner, SC, entered into eternal rest on December 7, 2021, surrounded by her family.

Born on August 20, 1931 in Bamberg, SC, Eva Louise Drakeford was the daughter of the late George and Sadie Williams.

Eva worked up until 85 years of age, was a lifetime member of VFW Post 3142, and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Was a loving and devoted sister, mother, grandma, great grandma, great great grandma, and aunt.

Eva is predeceased by her son Gene Hiott, survived by son Gary Hiott (Claudia), Daughter, Dianne Taylor, Brothers, Cooter Williams (Robin), Bubba (Marie) Williams, Sister, George Ann Wood, Granchildren, Sammy Hiott (Jamie), DeeDee Sims (Vic), Chris Hiott, Gary Breland, Great Grandchildren- Coty, Tyler, Hailey Hiott, Courtney, Kim and Victor Sims, Great-Great Grandchildren Kinsley, Connor, Skylar, Sierra, James and unborn due May of 2022 by Tyler Hiott (Megan) Close friends Vickie, Keith, Charlie and Stacy along with many other friends and family.

There will a viewing at 1pm and service following at 2pm on Sunday December 12, 2021 at McAlister Smith Funeral of Goose Creek, SC. A burial will be held at Carolina Memorial directly following service.
