Estelle Brasch Homler, 88, of Mt. Pleasant, SC died on Tuesday, July 14, 2015 in Charleston, SC. She was born on Thursday, September 2, 1926 in New York City, NY to the late Mrs. Beatrice Chazen Sachs and the late Mr. Irving M Sachs. Estelle was a court reporter and interior designer. She enjoyed board games with friends, needlepointing and traveling the world. Estelle was a member of the Newcomers Club, the Preservation Society of Charleston, and volunteered for the Decorator's Showcase. Her family remembers her as a loving mother, grandmother, aunt and friend. She is survived by one daughter, Pennie Bingham (Gordon), of Charleston, SC; and one son, Richard A. Brasch (Kimberly), of Peachtree City, GA; five grandchildren, Carole Lash (Rob), Tammy Ranello (John), William Bingham (Jennifer), Elizabeth Brasch, and Olivia Brasch; seven great-grandchildren, one great great-grandchild, and many loving nieces, nephews and lifelong friends. She was predeceased by her parents and one sister, Alice Weinstein, of Florida.
