Edna A. Roberts

Edna A. Roberts, 85, of Mt. Pleasant, passed away March 4, 2017.
Born in Sumter, she was the daughter of the late Herbert and Edna Epperson and wife to the late Charles Ernest Roberts.
She is survived by her sons, Charles Michael Roberts and wife Carol of Charleston and Jeffrey Alan Roberts and wife Debbie of Mt. Pleasant and ; brother, Robert Smith of Sumter; grandchildren, Ashley Roberts Keenan, Nichole Roberts Coley and Brittney Marie Roberts; great grandchildren, Ethan Michael Keenan, Caleb William Keenan, Lillian Michelle Keenan, Braxton Ray Coley, Addison Marie Coley.
Edna is predeceased by her husband, daughters, Paula Marie Roberts and Kathryn Ann Roberts; siblings, Edgar Smith, Margaret Bishop, Sissy Amick, Herbert Smith, William Smith, Hembie Smith and Gertrude Smith.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 8, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. in MCALISTER-SMITH FUNERAL HOME, Mt. Pleasant Chapel.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, March 9, 2017 in Christ our King Catholic Church, Mt. Pleasant. Burial will follow in Carolina Memorial Gardens.
