Earl C. Conway

Mr. Earl Clifford Conway, 92, loved father, grandfather, great-grandfather and widow of the late Catherine Elizabeth Conway (Daoust), passed away Friday, November 3, 2017, peacefully in his sleep in Charleston, SC.
Earl Conway was born on March 13, 1925 in Valley City, ND to the late William Henry Conway and Sigrid (Sarah) Hagen.
Mr. Conway was a honorably discharged World War II navy veteran. He provided for his family working as a miner in the iron range in Minnesota, and later working in construction, as an auto mechanic and gasoline station owner in Chicago, IL.
Survivors include his sister, Joanne Nielsen of Davis CA, two daughters, Kathleen A. Fields of Titusville, FL and Jo Anne K. Littrell of Charleston SC, his son Patrick E. Conway of Rifle, CO, six grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at a later date in conjunction with the burial.
Memorial donations may be made to The Alzheimer's Association.
