Daniel W. King

Daniel W King, 66, of Summerville, SC passed away on March 19, 2014 Daniel is survived by his wife of 45 years, Diane (Rooney) King of Summerville, SC. Daniel was born in Bristol, CT and was the son of Helen (Suchinski) King and the late Paul King. He resided in Bristol for over 40 years before moving to SC. Besides his wife, Diane, he leaves his son, Jason and Kelly King of Daniel Island, SC; grandson Anders King of Daniel Island, SC; three sisters Janice Kuzminski of Bristol; Susan King-Gilbert of Bristol and Sharon Tennant of Westerly, RI; two sister-in-laws, Sharon Schieding & Jack Hanzok of Fort Mill, SC and Patricia & Antonio Scirocco of Summerville, SC; two brother-in-laws, Brian & Lisa Rooney of Bristol, CT; Wayne & Cindy Rooney of SC and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a sister, Carol (King) Walker and a brother, David King. There will be a private celebration of Daniel’s life held by his family at a later date. Funeral arrangements have been made by McAlister-Smith Funeral Home in Goose Creek, SC .
