Daniel Richard 'Danny' Kingsley III

Daniel R Kingsley III passed away Jan 9. 2017 at his home in Charleston SC. Born Aug. 3, 1955 in New Orleans, LA the son of James F and Eleanor Kingsley. He graduated from Bloomfield High School in 1974 and attended IU. Dan was a flooring contractor in the Charleston area and a lifetime IU alumni member. He was a huge sports fan of basketball, football and both Indy and NASCAR racing. He leaves many friends in Charleston and Bloomfield. Surviving are his Mother Eleanor Kingsley of Bloomfield, Son Cory (Jennifer) Rash, two grandchildren Noah and Payton Rash of Bloomfield. Brother James F (Connie) Kingsley Jr. of Summerville, SC. Sisters Jewel (James) Carmichael of Bloomfield, Jacquelin Kingsley and Judie (Walter) McDaniel of Mt Pleasant SC and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by his Father James F Kingsley Sr. and Brother John Kingsley. Visitation will be held at McAlister- Smith Funeral Home in Charleston, SC Jan. 20, 5-7pm. Visitation and memorial service in Bloomfield IN will be at the First Baptist Church Feb 4 at 3pm.
