Cynthia Kaye Stock Johnson, 69, of Charleston, SC, passed away on Tuesday, October 14, 2014. She was born on Sunday, March 25, 1945, in Akron, OH, a daughter of the late Katherine Stock and the late John Stock. Cindy was the president of the Condo Owners Association of Seagate. She was the owner of J.K. and Associates Freight Brokerage. She was a hard worker. Cindy loved all animals, especially her dogs. She liked to cook and lending a helping hand to her neighbors. Her family remembers her as a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Cindy is survived by two sons: Jim Kaiser and his partner, Laura Starkey, of Akron, OH and Chris Kaiser and his wife, Dana, of Indianapolis, IN; nine grandchidren: Kaitlyn Kaiser of Akron, OH; Ryan (Janice) Kaiser; Kyle, Amey, Emly, Myca, Levy, Lily and Kaly Kaiser of Indianapolis, IN; one great-granddaughter, Arizona Kaiser of Indianapolis; and one brother, John Stock and his wife, Ellie, of Asheville, NC. The family will receive friends on Monday, October 20, 2014, from 10:00am to 11:00am, with a memorial service immediately following at McAlister-Smith Funeral Home West Ashley Chapel. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society 269 Calhoun Street, Charleston, SC 29401. Expressions of sympathy may be viewed or submitted online at www.mcalister-smith.com.
