Charles Sherwood Nettles

Charles Sherwood Nettles, 74 of Moncks Corner, South Carolina, passed away on Friday, October 7, 2022.

Born on October 2, 1948 in Charleston, SC Sherwood was a son of the late Janette (McAlhaney) Bailey and Charles Nettles.

Sherwood enjoyed fishing, hunting and several different sports. His favorite NASCAR driver was Bill Elliott and loved following the Miami Dolphins. 

Sherwood is preceded in death by his parents. 

He is survived by two daughters, Angela (Chris) Windham and Melissa (Steven) Lopez; three grandsons, Chase Nettles, Shaun Lopez and Christian Lopez; and many friends.

The family will receive friends on Friday, October 14, 2022 from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at McAlister-Smith Funeral and Cremation, 869 St. James Avenue, Goose Creek, SC 29445.
