Carmen Dulay Patio, 75, of Mechanicsville, Maryland, entered into eternal rest on December 29, 2021, surrounded by her family.
Born on April 15, 1946, in Aringay, La Union, Carmen was a daughter of the late Victoriano Avena Dulay and Margarita Sumaling Dulay.
Carmen accomplished a Nursing Assistance Certification, was a member of, the Mechanicsville Immaculate Conception Church. She enjoyed talking to family and friends in the U.S. and the Philippines, going to the fish and Filipino market to taste Filipino cuisines, pray, play casino slot machines, and talk about politics. Carmen was a loving and carefree person who always ensured the people around her were well taken care of and happy. She loved God and prayed for good health and fortune for the people she came in contact with. Carmen loved her family more than anything in this world.
Carmen is survived by her daughter, Khristine League and grandchildren, Tyler League and Chase League of Mechanicsville, Maryland.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at McAlister-Smith Funeral Home, Goose Creek. A Rosary will be prayed at 6:30 PM.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church Thursday, January 6, 2022 at 11:00 AM.
