Carmelita Gingco Miranda

Carmelita Gingco Miranda, 73, of Ladson, passed away Septmeber 5, 2016. Born in Cavite City, Philippines, she was the daughter of the late Alejandro and Asuncion Rivera Gingco and wife to the late Romeo Miranda. Carmelita enjoyed playing bingo and was long time member of St. John the Beloved Catholic Church. She is survived by her son, Rommel Miranda and wife Kim of Goose Creek; grandchildren, Kalyn and Caleb Miranda; sister, Meny Weber of Ladson. Carmelita is also survived by many extended family members and friends. A prayer service will be held Thursday, September 8, 2016 at 4:30 p.m. in MCALISTER-SMITH FUNERAL HOME, GOOSE CREEK CHAPEL. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
