Brian Michael Allen

Brian Michael Allen, 43, of Summerville, passed away Wednesday, June 29, 2016. He was born January 13, 1973, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Brian graduated Goose Creek High School and was employed at Kapstone as a welder, where he was also a proud member of the Rescue Squad and Fire Brigade. Brian loved his Gamecocks, Braves and Vikings and also enjoyed fishing/shrimping, golfing, softball and pool. Brian is survived by his loving bride Kristie; fur-babies, Cajun and Riché; his parents Patrick and Katherine Allen, brother, Jerry Allen; sister, Joy Carroll; step-father, David Olson all of Goose Creek; mother-in-law, Jackie Grisaffe; sister-in-law, Stacey Ponthier; brother-in-law, Brady Riché, all of Louisiana; nieces and nephews, Katie Caroll, Marty Carroll III, Sophia Caroll, Mariano Guzman, Nicholas, Eric, Jayson, Gracie Ponthier, Sarah Netterville, Caitlyn and Kyle Riché, Amanda and Meggan Watson, Jillian Allen, Zach Varner, Tabitha Schirmer, Tyler Theriot, Brianna Allen and many loving family members. The memorial service will be Tuesday, July 5, 2016, at 7:00 pm, at McAlister-Smith Funeral Home Goose Creek Chapel. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm at the funeral home.
