Brenda Mae Lowman

Brenda Mae Lowman, 67, of Elloree, SC, died, Wednesday, February 8, 2017.

Born in Huntington, West Virginia, she was the daughter of Odie Otho and Freada Mae Scaggs Brooks and wife to Jim Lowman. Brenda and Jim spent many years in Goose Creek, before moving to Lake Marion to enjoy retirement. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Mrs. Lowman is survived by her husband, Jim Lowman; sons, Jamie Lowman and wife Sandy of Columbia and Michael Lowman of Santee; daughters, Tara Hammett of Georgetown and Kelly Hiers and husband Bryan of Virginia; grandchildren, Grant, Wesley, Luke, Mary-Ellen, Elliott, Grayson and Carolyn; siblins, Odie Otho Brooks, Jr.,

The family will celebrate Brenda's life on Saturday February 18, 2017 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. in MCALISTER-SMITH FUNERAL HOME, GOOSE CREEK CHAPEL.

Service will follow at 4:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
