Benjamin Ernest Couture

Dr. Benjamin Ernest Couture DC, 42, of Mt. Pleasant, SC died on Monday, November 24, 2014 in Charleston, South Carolina. He was born on Monday, October 9, 1972 in Concord, NH. Benjamin was a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy NY with a degree in Industrial Engineering. Later he graduated from Sherman College of Chiropractic in Spartanburg, South Carolina as a Chiropractor. He served in the United States Air Force and was stationed at Eglin Air Force Base in Florida. Most recently he opened Sandlapper Chiropractic in Mt. Pleasant, SC. In addition he was an Adjuct Professor at Trident Technical Community College. His family remembers him as charismatic intellectual and a very loving son. He is survived by his loving parents; Thomas S. Couture and his wife Christina Foye Couture, of Mount Pleasant, SC, and one brother; Matthew A. Couture, also of Mount Pleasant, SC. A Rite of Christian Burial will be held at St Benedict Catholic Church 950 Darrell Creek Trail, Mt Pleasant, SC 29466 on Saturday, December 06, 2014 at 2:00 PM with Father Vincent Maroun officiating.
