Barbara Jo Schultz

Barbara Jo Schultz, 76, of Charleston, SC, passed away on Saturday, September 8, 2018.
She was born on April 21, 1942 in North Tonawanda, NY, daughter of the late Josephine Manley Schultz and the late Milton Schultz.
She is survived by her three sons: Larry, Darren and David Turisk; four grandchildren: Daniel, Matthew, John and Alexandra and one great-granddaughter Wren.
Barbara proudly earned her master’s degree, and was a teacher at James Island High School for 30 years. She loved her family, and was a very dedicated mother.
A celebration of life service will be held at 12:00 PM on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at McAlister-Smith Funeral Home James Island. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
