Barbara Ann Chesnutt, 94, of Ladson, SC, entered into eternal rest on April 29, 2021.
Born on February 22, 1927 in Boston, MA, Barbara was a daughter of the late Peter Frederick Jensen and Anna Mae Tomlinson Jensen.
Barbara always had a positive outlook on life. She loved her family and she loved animals; through the years she provided a home to adopted cats and dogs. She was a wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend. She enjoyed playing cards with friends and hobbies included knitting, painting and other arts and crafts. One of her last wishes: "I want memories of my life to be a source of joy and not sorrow."
Barbara is preceded in death by her loving husband Earle Walter Chesnutt of 31 years.
Barbara is survived by 2 daughters, Susan Marley and Cheryl Coleman, their spouses David Marley and Robert Coleman, her granddaughter, Carolyn Branson, her spouse JR Branson and great-grandson William Marshall.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
