Anne Therese Graham Sullivan's Island - Anne Therese Graham, 85, of Sullivan's Island, South Carolina died, Friday, May 11, 2018. She was born on June 12, 1932 on Sullivan's Island, South Carolina to Richard and Gennevive (Conner) Limoges. Survivors include her husband/childhood sweetheart, Robert F Graham Jr., son, Robert F Graham III, son, Richard A. Graham, daughter, Ann Marie Graham and son Paul M. Graham, Grandchildren, Jamie, Josh Emily, Julia and Great-great Grandchildren Andrew, Owen, Rylee, Addison and Loralei. She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Richard and Gennevive Limoges, and her son, George David Graham. Anne grew up on Sullivan's Island, graduated from General Moultrie HS in 1950, attended Limestone College and graduated from St. Francis Xavier Hospital School of Nursing in 1954 as a Registered Nurse. She continued her education throughout her career. Anne was very active with Air Force Family Services while her husband served. She was the editor of an Air Force magazine. She was very involved with community outreach, treatment for substance abuse, detox and mental health. She received many awards throughout her career. Anne retired from DHEC as a Public Health Nurse. She dedicated her life to helping others. She was a devout Catholic and a member of Stella Maris Catholic Church. The family will receive friends on May 14, 2018 from 5:00PM - 7:00PM at McAlister-Smith Funeral Home, 1520 Rifle Range Road, Mt. Pleasant, SC, 29464. A private burial will be held at St Lawrence May 15, 2018. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Low Country Community Chaplaincy PO Box 20743 Charleston, SC 29413.
